Bay Area

Twelve Rookie Skills Camp - For players ages 6 - 10 (determined by the age of the player as of April 30, 2025), our rookie camps are a great opportunity to work on fundamentals! Twelve membership is not required to participate in this camp. Campers will be instructed on fundamentals of hitting and fielding by Twelve coaches. The camp will end with a fun, competitive scrimmage.

Twelve Advanced Pitching Camp - For players ages 11-14U (determined by the age of the player as of April 30, 2025), our advanced pitching camp will work on rotational power, plyo/band routines, arms strength and proper mechanics. Twelve membership is not required to participate in this camp. Each player will be given an assessment with benchmarks and areas of strength and improvements.

Twelve Rookie Pitching Camp - For players ages 8U - 10U (determined by the age of the player as of April 30, 2025), our rookie pitching camp will work on fundamentals skills needed to be successful on the mound. Twelve membership is not required to participate in this camp. This camp will focus on proper throwing mechanics, balance, power position, finish as well as holding runners and pickoffs.

Twelve Catching Camp - For players ages 9U - 14U(determined by the age of the player as of April 30, 2025), our catching camp will work on proper receiving technique, blocking, throw downs and other drills necessary to excel at the game's most demanding position. Twelve membership is not required to participate in this camp. 

Twelve Tryout Prep Camp - For players ages 11-14U (determined by the age of the player as of April 30, 2025), this camp will take players through a pro style workout with real time feedback and instruction from Twelve coaches Twelve membership is not required to participate in this camp. Each player will be provided an assessment with age appropriate benchmarks with areas of strength and improvements and will end the camp with live game situations.

College Station

Futures Camp - Monday and Wednesdays only beginning June 18 and ending on July 19. 6:30 - 8:30 pm. With 2 Saturdays (7/12 & 7/19) built in for scrimmages. Times on Saturdays TBD.
For players ages 7 - 10 (determined by the age of the player as of September 1, 2025). Twelve Futures is designed to help establish a foundation of softball fundamentals while fueling a competitive spirit and love for the game. Twelve coaches will help players develop individual skills and apply these skills in game-like situations. The format of this program consists of 6 practice sessions and 2 games over the course of 5 weeks. We believe that the Twelve Futures program will serve as an excellent introduction and springboard into competitive 8U & 10U softball.

Twelve Development Camp : Build Skills, Shape Character - Get ready for an unforgettable baseball experience at the Twelve Development Camp in College Station, Texas! Hosted at the Wayne Smith Baseball Fields, our camps are designed for young athletes ages 6-10 (age as of April 30, 2026) of all skill levels, welcoming both boys and girls.

Led by Mark Mangum, a former first-round draft pick of the Colorado Rockies (1997) and director of youth programs for College Station, our camp offers professional-level training with a personal touch. With a camper-to-coach ratio of approximately 8:1, every player receives individualized attention to elevate their game. Campers will master essential skills through focused drills on infield and outfield fielding, hitting, base running, and throwing mechanics. Each day starts with skill-specific training, followed by a 30-minute snack break featuring a character development talk to build confidence and leadership. The final hour brings the game to life with scrimmages, where campers practice decision-making in real game situations.

Unlike typical youth coaching, Twelve Development Camp teaches the approach, techniques, and concepts used in college and professional baseball. Campers learn to play with strategy and purpose, moving beyond just making contact or hoping for opponent errors. 

The camp fee of $195 includes two camp shirts, one hat, and basic snacks for break time. Campers should bring their glove, helmet, bat, and wear tennis shoes or cleats suitable for grass and dirt fields. Expect to leave with improved skills, newfound confidence, and a love for the game.

All Around Athlete Camp- Join us for a dynamic two-day camp packed with high-energy instruction and fun! Campers will receive comprehensive training in all areas of the game, including hitting, infield and outfield play, throwing, baserunning, and more. Our program is designed to teach age-appropriate fundamentals, enhance situational understanding, boost skill confidence, and—above all—ensure everyone has a great time!
Campers will need to bring water, bat, helmet, glove, batting gloves and any other equipment they use in the game.

Summer Development Camps- All camps at Cotton Sports Ranch are open to athletes age 6 through 10. Membership in the Twelve organization is not required!  Camps will cover all varieties of game play including throwing, batting, fielding, baserunning and game situations.  All camp instruction will be provided by former or current College or Professional players.  Come enjoy the game of baseball while improving your skills at the Katy Development Camps!

Futures Camp - Get ready for another unforgettable summer at our "Futures" Baseball Camp—an elite 4-week experience for incoming 1st–3rd graders, held twice a week. “12” Summer IQ - Take your game to the next level with 12 Summer IQ, a high-impact, 4-week clinic for incoming 7th and 8th graders—built to sharpen the mind and prepare players for high school baseball. Led by the South Texas Twelve staff, this exclusive, IQ-driven program focuses on game-like situations, live at-bats, defensive positioning, offensive execution, and high-speed scenario work. With only 20 spots per sessionacross two sessions, registration is first come, first serve, and preferred session will be indicated during camp signup. Futures Summer Camp -  This is the perfect camp for young athletes ready to learn, grow, and have a blast on the field! Designed for players ages 7–10, our Futures Camp focuses on building a strong softball foundation while keeping things fun and high-energy. Campers will work on essential skills like throwing, fielding, hitting, and base running through drills, games, and friendly competitions led by a combination of former collegiate softball players and experienced Texas Twelve coaches.

Whether your player is brand new to the game or already on a team, this camp is all about improving fundamentals, building confidence, and sparking a love for softball in a positive and encouraging environment.

Camp Includes:

• 8 two-hour sessions led by experienced coaches

• Two special Saturday sessions (August 8 & 15) with a simulated scrimmage format so players can show off what they've learned

• The final Saturday session ends with a slip-and-slide fun day—a perfect chance for the girls to cool off and learn how to get dirty like real ballplayers!

Next-Level Hitting -  Get ready to level up your swing this summer at our Monday Hitting Nights—a elite hitting camp designed for players ages 11–16 who are ready to work hard and get better.

Each session will focus on swing mechanics, timing, pitch recognition/selection, and hitting approach through drills, live reps, and coach feedback. Whether you’re preparing for the next level or just want to gain more power and consistency at the plate, this camp will offer next level insight into hitting mechanics and approach for your player to apply to her craft.

Catchers Specialty Skills Camp - This camp is focused on sharpening the skills and knowledge of the Catching position. From blocking and receiving, to catchers pop ups, pop times and situational baseball. Don't miss out on a great experience! Run by former collegiate and professional baseball players! Please bring your own catching gear, we do not have extra sets available.

All Skills Camp- An action packed 2 day camp with former Vanderbilt Baseball and Detroit Tigers minor leaguer Maddux Conger. We will work on building confidence with age appropriate pitching, hitting, fielding, and base running through drills and competition that translates to the game!

Rising Stars Camp- Rising stars baseball camp is a player development experience designed for athletes aged 6-12, with a focus on teaching proper fundamentals in hitting and infield play. Through individualized expert instruction, structured skill based drills, and an emphasis on individual improvement, each camper will build a strong foundation for future success in the game. Set in a fun and encouraging environment where young athletes can sharpen skills, develop confidence, and grow a lasting love for baseball. Run by former UHV and Lamar Baseball Player and current Concordia Lutheran HS hitting coach, Westley Schields.
