Twelve Culture

Our organization was created with the intent of providing exceptional baseball and softball instruction within a professional culture, with expertise and experiences of former professional and college players and coaches. The program has sustained this intent while continuing to evolve to include services to help navigate the recruiting process, advise parents on how they can better serve their sons and daughters in their role, and emphasize the importance of community service. Our player development model involves character and leadership components that help players develop as young men and women on and off the field. Our programs, training, philosophies, and methods are each designed to balance competition with passion and respect for the game.
